Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Syntalia Limited ("Syntalia," "we," "our," or "us") regarding your use of our voice AI services, website, and related applications (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

Service Description

Syntalia provides voice AI technology services designed for the hospitality industry, including:

  • Automated voice assistants for hotels and restaurants
  • Reservation and booking management systems

  • Integration services with hospitality management systems

Our Services are primarily designed for business use by hospitality providers in New Zealand and internationally.

User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

Payment Terms

Subscription Fees

Our Services are provided on a subscription basis. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.

  • Failed payments may result in service suspension
  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes

Price Changes

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syntalia's liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our Services is limited to the amount you paid for our Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

Disclaimers

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that our voice AI technology will be error-free or meet all your business requirements.

Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of prepaid fees.

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or for other legitimate business reasons.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use our Services ceases immediately. We may delete your account data in accordance with our data retention policies.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by New Zealand law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Zealand, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication before pursuing legal action.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through our Services. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
