- Each call ends after 10 minutes, or after 2 minutes of silence, so one call can never run up a big bill.

Questions, answered
Do I need a new phone number for my business?
No. You get a New Zealand local number for your assistant, then set call forwarding on the line your customers already ring, either for every call or only when you are busy or do not answer. Your customers keep dialling the number they know.
How much will it cost me each month?
NZ$20 a month for the number, plus 60c for each minute your assistant spends on a call, rounded up per call. As a guide, 30 calls a week at about two minutes each is around 260 minutes a month, or about NZ$156 in minutes. Minutes are prepaid in packs, so you are never billed more than you have bought.
What happens when my minutes run out?
Your assistant stops answering until you add more, and we email you before and when it happens. Switch on auto top-up and it buys your chosen pack whenever you drop below 20 minutes, so it never stops.
Can it book jobs or tables into my system?
Not on this plan. Your assistant takes the message and emails it to you straight away. If you want bookings written into Google Calendar, Nowbookit, ResDiary, SevenRooms or simPRO, that is our done-for-you service: book a demo and we will set it up for you.
Will callers know they are talking to an AI?
Yes. It greets every caller with your business name and says it is an AI assistant and that the call may be recorded. You can change what it says from your dashboard at any time.
Is there a contract?
No. Cancel any time from your dashboard, and the number stops at the end of the month you have paid for. Unused minutes end with the number, so buy a smaller pack if you are just trying it out.
